Entos Mourns the Loss of Board Member Naren Gupta

SAN DIEGO, CA – December 29, 2021 – Entos, Inc., its management team and its Board of Directors today, with great sadness, issued a statement in memoriam of Naren Gupta, a founding member of the Entos Board of Directors, who passed away on December 25, 2021:

“Naren served our Board with unwavering integrity and a deep passion for harnessing the power of technology for good,” said Tom Miller, Entos Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. “As a founding Board member and one of the earliest investors in Entos through Nexus Ventures, Naren was a staunch proponent in – and advocate for – our mission to revolutionize drug discovery from the start. We will sorely miss his mentorship and friendship.”

Dr. Gupta’s deep technology expertise included over twenty years of early and early-growth stage investment experience in the U.S.and India, as well as advising CEOs and entrepreneurs worldwide. He was Co-Founder and Managing Director of Nexus Venture Partners, lead investor of the Entos seed round. Prior to founding Nexus Ventures, Dr. Gupta co-founded Integrated Systems Inc (ISI), a leading embedded software company, where he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer for fifteen years. Dr. Gupta is survived by his wife, Vinita, and daughters Anneka and Serena.
